Early breakdown of exhibit booths is not permitted without prior approval from eventPower. Exhibitors who break down early will be charged a $1,000 fine.

  • Order AV materials, including monitors, TVs, and speakers. 
• Lead Retrieval
  • Maximize your time at the Summit with Lead Retrieval. Easily scan and generate leads throughout the event using a Lead Retrieval Device or mobile app. After the event, you’ll receive a spreadsheet with attendee contact information. Reserve Lead Retrieval through your Exhibitor or Partner portal.

Register Your Team

All Tech Showcase exhibitors must register to receive the appropriate Summit badge. If you are exhibiting at the Summit’s Tech Showcase, you will be provided an Exhibitor or Partner Portal to register your team. Please do not register through the publicly available Summit registration site. 

For Partners: Partners should register through their Partner Exhibitor Portal, which is sent via email. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the partner contract. Based on your partner contract, your Partner Exhibitor Portal will include the appropriate number of complimentary or discounted registrations that are associated with your partnership.

ARPA-E Funded Exhibitors: Your invitation to the Summit is sent to your team's Principal Investigator from ARPA-E. A follow up email with your Exhibitor Portal Access Link comes from eventPower. 

For Accepted Small Business Innovators Apply to Showcase: Accepted Small Business Innovators Applicants should register through their Exhibitor Portal, which is sent via email to the primary applicant. Your booth space will be assigned. 

For Government Agency Networking Program (GANP) Participants: GANP participants should register through their Government Partner Portal, which is sent via email. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the GANP agreement. Your booth space will be assigned. Based on your GANP participation level selection, your Government Partner Portal will include the appropriate number of complimentary or discounted registrations that are associated with GANP. 

Please note that discounted registration rates, including early-bird and regular registration rates, end on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. After this, registrations will be considered on-site, and you must pay the on-site full registration fee. Please refer to the Registration page for more information.
