Program Director Networking Event

ARPA-E Program Directors identify new areas for energy discovery and development. Their ambitious programs are the heart of ARPA-E, and the reason America is first in energy innovation. As a registered Summit attendee, you may sign up for the opportunity to have a 10-minute, 1-on-1 meeting with the Program Director of your choice at the 2026 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit.

• When: Thursday, April 9^th from 10:30am until 11:15am 
• What: 10-minute conversations that give you an opportunity to discuss your big idea with an ARPA-E Program Director
• Where: Matchmaking Area located in the Tortola 1 room during the 2026 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit
• How: Complete the form provided below and on your Summit registration confirmation to select the Program Director(s) you would like to speak with. Be as specific and detailed in your description as you can be, but do not provide confidential or proprietary information. Program Directors are interested in meeting with people who both have fully formed ideas and can discuss them in a knowledgeable fashion. 
• Deadline: The submission deadline is Friday, March 20^th. You will be notified of the status of your submission on Friday, March 27^th. Due to time constraints, not all meeting requests will be granted.

Current ARPA-E awardees are discouraged from requesting these meetings since you already have access to the ARPA-E Program Director overseeing your project. 

If you are not selected, remember that Program Directors are available for informal conversations on both Wednesday and Thursday morning at Coffee with ARPA-E. Check the agenda for location and updates.
