Summit Registration

If you are an ARPA-E Awardee or part of an ARPA-E Awardee team, DO NOT register using the below links. Your Principal Investigator (PI) has received guidance on how to register for the Summit as an ARPA-E Awardee.

If you are a Partner, or have been selected for the Student Program or the Startup Apply to Showcase, do not use the following registration links. If any of those categories apply to you, you will receive a unique link to register for the Summit via email.

Non-Profit Employee Rate Employment verification with a non-profit organization may be required. Includes International Government.	$1,145	$1,245	$1,395	REGISTER
Academia Rate To register at the Academia rate, a valid .edu email must be used during the registration process. Employment verification with an educational institution may be required at registration check-in at the Summit.	$945	$1,045	$1,195	REGISTER
Early Stage Start-up Rate Early Stage Start-up is defined as a company under 5 years old, less than $10M in revenue and under 15 employees.	$945	$1,045	$1,195	REGISTER
U.S. Federal, State and Local Government Rate To register at the Government rate, a valid .gov email must be used during the registration process. A valid U.S. Government ID is required for badge pick-up at the Summit Registration Desk.	$835	$935	$1,085	REGISTER

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are separate and unique cancellation policies for Summit registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies. Below is the cancellation policy for Summit registration:

Summit registration cancellations after COB on March 25, 2027 are NOT refundable. Requests for cancellation before March 25, 2027 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
