WHAT IS THE TECHNOLOGY SHOWCASE?

 The Technology Showcase - the heart of the Summit - features ARPA-E-funded entrepreneurs, engineers, and researchers ready to discuss and commercialize their disruptive technologies. From advanced nuclear to AI to critical minerals and more, ARPA-E is driving American innovation in every part of the energy sector. 

With more than 400 technologies and prototypes on display, the Tech Showcase is your chance to connect, partner, and learn about the energy innovations that are delivering tomorrow’s solutions. 

Your Summit registration will grant you access to all of the Tech Showcase, including:

• New Tech: See and interact with high-risk, high-reward ARPA-E-funded technologies and speak with the innovators, researchers, and scientists developing them
• Live Demos: Disruptive ARPA-E-funded technologies will showcase their innovative developments 
• Networking Opportunities: Focused networking with industry decision-makers, academic experts, and policymakers to form connections and commercialize innovative technologies. 
• Identify Funding: Access to representatives from federal and state government agencies who support groundbreaking research  

WHO EXHIBITS? 

Top scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and innovators highlight their latest advancements in energy technology. Primarily ARPA-E-funded technologies from universities, start-ups, industry, and National Labs span over 100,000 sq. ft. of the exhibit hall, displaying America’s next-generation technologies.
 

HOW CAN I EXHIBIT? 

Small Business Innovators Apply to Showcase: Small businesses and start-ups are encouraged to apply to exhibit alongside ARPA-E awardees. Showcase your disruptive energy innovations and network with hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, and potential technology partners. 

The deadline to apply is January 7, 2026. Applicants will be notified of decisions by January 22, 2026, and must confirm participation by January 30, 2026. If accepted, you will be required to pay a $525 booth fee and register all members of your exhibit staff. Registration is not included in your exhibit fee.

Please note that the Small Business Innovators Apply to Showcase is not open to large businesses, non-profits, government agencies, or universities. Instead, consider maximizing your impact with a Summit Partnership.
