Student Program - Company Participation for Registered Attendees
The Student Program at the ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit, supported by DuPont, is a unique opportunity for student energy leaders to engage with companies looking for new talent. The 70 graduate-level students selected to participate in the Student Program have the opportunity to attend the Summit, participate in additional student-focused panel sessions, and network with organizations looking for new talent.For companies interested in the Student Program, participation is at no additional cost to your paid Summit registration. Participating companies will receive a resume book in advance of the Summit and a table at the Student/Company Networking Reception on February 25 from 2:45-4:30pm in Chesapeake 7 and 8. Press Passes
The Energy Innovation Summit welcomes accredited journalists who work for a recognized outlet and cover the energy industry on a regular basis to apply for a complimentary press pass. Freelancers will not be accredited unless they are assigned by a recognized media outlet and meet all other requirements.Please Note the Following:
- Technology Forums reserves the right to refuse accreditation to journalists who do not meet these criteria. Marketing/advertising, sales, art directors, managers, publishers, and other non-editorial professionals of media organizations are NOT eligible for press passes and should register as an Summit attendees.
Cancellation Policy
There are separate and unique cancellation policies for Summit registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies.Cancellations within 10 days of the Summit (February 15-25, 2013) are NOT refundable. Requests for cancellation before February 15, 2013 are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
