     11:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. (Lunch and Closing of the Exhibit Hall)

Showcase Exhibit Teardown (subject to change)

Wednesday, February 27th
Teardown: 2:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Early Teardown is not permitted with out prior permission from Technology Forums. Exhibitors who tear down early will be charged a $1000 fine.

Exhibitor Kit: The exhibitor kit provides information about shipping, ordering booth services and ordering furniture for use during this exposition.

Lead Retrieval Services

Lead Retrieval devices are available for rent. Scanned data will include all contact information the attendee provides during registration including email addresses.

Personnel Registration Process (Showcase and Sponsor Personnel)

All Technology showcase and partner personnel must register to receive the appropriate Summit badge.

Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline

Wednesday, February 11, 2013 at 11:59 p.m., EST

     Note: Coupon codes will only be accepted during pre-registration and will not be valid when      registering on site. All on-site registrants must pay the full registration fee.

Contract Requirement

Technology Forums must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.

Personnel Registration Process

Partner and Technology Showcase personnel registration is not available on the conference website. Partners and Technology Showcase participants will be e-mailed a link to register their personnel for the Summit. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract 8-weeks prior to the conference date. The link will include the appropriate number of free or discounted coupon codes that are associated with each type of showcase participant or partnership.
