Cancellation Policy

There are separate and unique cancellation policies for Summit registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies. Below is the cancellation policy for Summit registration:

Summit registration cancellations after COB Friday, February 3, 2017 are NOT refundable. Requests for cancellation before Friday, February 3, 2017 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to ARPAE-Registration@eventPower.com.
